Maple Sage Chicken Breakfast Sausage
If your mornings feel like a race against time (and tiny humans), you’re not alone. Between getting everyone dressed, fed, and out the door, breakfast can easily turn into something rushed—or skipped altogether.
That’s why I love having simple, protein-packed options ready to go. These maple sage chicken breakfast sausages have become a staple in our house. They’re naturally sweet, perfectly savory, and soft enough for toddlers to enjoy—without any of the mystery ingredients you find in store-bought versions.
And the best part? They’re made in the air fryer and come together quickly with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
