Healthshare Program

The Direct Primary Care membership with Haven Family Health would provide comprehensive primary care coverage but DPC membership does not include coverage for OB, urgent care visits, surgeries, ER visits or hospital visits. This is where a healthshare plan can assist you.

 

You have the option to choose from various healthshare plans offered in the market including Clearwater, Christian Healthshare, Sedera Health, etc. Certain plans like Christian Healthshare may reimburse your monthly DPC membership and we can provide you with a bill to submit for reimbursement. The Clearwater program offers a special discount for Haven Family Health members. We are not part of Clearwater nor can we guarantee coverage of services through them. You should contact them directly to understand the best plan for you and coverage of services. They also offer you the option of traditional insurance if you wish to explore your options.
